SUMMER'S HERE AND THE TIME IS RIGHT FOR DANCIN' IN THE STREET… Not a good time to roast chickens, bake bread, or otherwise slave over a hot stove. After all, we gotta go swimmin'! Try this on your next picnic:

SAUCE BOSS PIMENTO CHEESE
1 pound cheddar ½ pound cream cheese (softened)
½ pound port wine cheese spread
1 small jar of pimentos
2 tbs. horseradish
1 tsp. honey
Mayonnaise (tiny bit)
Liquid Summer Hot Sauce (2 tbs. or more)
Grate cheddar, Mix Liquid Summer, mayo, honey, horseradish, and pimentos Add cheddar, cream cheese, and port wine cheese, and mix well Options: diced onions or olives

Don't forget about LIQUID SUMMER COCKTAIL SAUCE
1 cup catsup
Juice from a lemon
1 tbs (or more) horseradish
Liquid Summer Hot Sauce (to taste)
