Bill Wharton, (the Sauce Boss) has taken his one-man band to Nashville to make a record with David Davidson, adding violin, sousaphone, snare drum and backing singers to tell the ragtime story of an irascible traveling fiddler. Blind Boy Billy is a ragtime jump tune that careens off the road into a down home fiddle stomp. The tune is a companion to the book, "The Life and Times of Blind Boy Billy", a memoir with a songbook and a cookbook and an accompanying soundtrack, which is also just being released in paperback and Kindle versions on Amazon.
